We have provided our responses to frequently asked questions relating to our workshop and training course experiences. If you do not find an answer to your questions, please make contact.
We have a wide selection of experiences you can book from our “Workshops” page when published or may be able to include in a package if a Corporate or other private group. We have categorised these as follows:
All published workshops and training course experiences can be found online, you can search by type/category via our “All Workshops” page; by date order via our “Events Calendar”; or by location via the “Location’ header tab on our website.
If you are looking for Hedgelaying related training course these can be found in the same way above or you can also use the pull-down menu in the main “Hedgelaying” header tab on our website.
Most published experiences have a waitlist that becomes visible when the event is either fully booked or when the tickets are not yet available to purchase.
Add your email address to the waitlist and you will be notified when a) new tickets become available or b) new dates for the event are published.
All workshops and training course experiences can be booked online, we accept all major credit and debit card payments. We do not take cheques and are unable to take payments over the telephone.

The registration page we share for your guests to register their attendance at your private event can also include a payment link to allow your guests to pay directly online. Alternatively, you can register each guest and make payment online on their behalf or just register your guests and make payment via invoice.

The capacity for our published experiences varies, this is usually obvious from the number of tickets available.
For published events our average number of people at any one event is between 8 and 12. Some events are more popular than others and therefore we will bring in a second tutor if we wish to exceed these numbers.
Some experiences such as Basket Making, some Willow Sculptures, Wattle Hurdles Courses, Hedgelaying Courses are all limited group sizes with a maximum of between 6-8 attendees.
For private groups our capacity is much greater, this will depend on various factors including location, number of tutors available, duration of the event and activities included.
Once you have registered to attend an event you will receive an email with further information including directions and your ticket to the event.
You will also receive a follow up email 72 hours prior to the event start date. This email will remind you about what to bring with you and provide you with directions on arrival at your event location and any other relevant information.
