The capacity for our published experiences varies, this is usually obvious from the number of tickets available.

For published events our average number of people at any one event is between 8 and 12. Some events are more popular than others and therefore we will bring in a second tutor if we wish to exceed these numbers.

Some experiences such as Basket Making, some Willow Sculptures, Wattle Hurdles Courses, Hedgelaying Courses are all limited group sizes with a maximum of between 6-8 attendees.

Private Groups

For private groups our capacity is much greater, this will depend on various factors including location, number of tutors available, duration of the event and activities included.

Further information about private events can be found here:

> Corporate

> Groups

Once you have registered to attend an event you will receive an email with further information including directions and your ticket to the event.

You will also receive a follow up email 72 hours prior to the event start date. This email will remind you about what to bring with you and provide you with directions on arrival at your event location and any other relevant information.

No, all our guests are expected to book their experience in advance, we cannot facilitate walk-ins on the day.

Although some of our locations allow dogs we prefer you leave your dog at home when attending a workshop or training course.

We do have two well behaved dogs of our own that may be present, however, one of our dogs can on occassions be reactive around other dogs.

We run our experiences all year around.

Some experiences are seasonal such as Hedgelaying, these courses are undertaken between October and the end of March.

Unless agreeing a private event we do not run any Willow Craft Workshops during the month of  January.
