Hedges & Hurdles Country Skills & Crafts run regular workshops and training courses at our outdoor studio, Birtley Woodland Art Space nestled within the privately owned 48-acre Birtley Estate in Bramley, Guildford.
The location also boasts some beautiful lakes, perfect for a summer picnic plus garden and woodland walks. The Birtley Estate is a picturesque location within the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
There couldn’t be a better location to host our workshops including group experiences, with plenty of woodland and lakeside space to undertake our Willow Craft, Wood Art, Heritage skills, and fireside workshops.
At Birtley Woodland Art Space we can offer a mixture of activities, mixed media courses and workshops for your group to experience.
We collaborate with many different artists, makers and wellbeing specialists, therefore, if you have something in mind you would like to include in your group experience do let us know and we can see if we have someone that we can call on for your event.
