Tool Sharpening Workshop

Sharpening your tools is an important task to undertake, join Paul and learn the techniques to apply to a variety of tools!

A sharp knife is a safe knife and this applies to all tools with an edge!

This is a 3-hour course where you can bring your Garden Tools, Coppicing and Green Woodworking tools with you to sharpen.

One of the most important things is if you are cutting green wood that your tools are razor-sharp and that the bevels on the tools are flat, at an angle of approximately 20 degrees.

Garden hand tools such as Secateurs and Loppers are one-sided so Paul will show you the specific techniques used to sharpen these tools too.
