Onewheel Experience

Learn how to ride a Onewheel — an exciting new electric boardsport from the USA.
Not too dissimilar to the hoverboards from Back to the Future, the Onewheel allows you to experience the feeling of snowboarding on any terrain.
In your session, you’ll learn the basics of balancing, manoeuvring, and riding with confidence.

Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a dynamic, full-body fitness activity that combines walking with specially designed poles to engage the upper and lower body simultaneously. It’s easy to learn, gentle on the joints, and can be enjoyed by people of all fitness levels.

For corporate teams, it’s more than just exercise—it’s an energizing, outdoor experience that boosts wellbeing, reduces stress, and builds connection. Walking together encourages conversation, teamwork, and creativity while improving posture, strength, and stamina. Finding Your Voice

Empower your team to communicate with confidence and authenticity in this energising and creative session led by professional facilitators Nikki Franklin and Nicki Day. Drawing on their backgrounds in music, performance, and storytelling, participants explore voice, movement, and expression through playful, interactive exercises that inspire trust, connection, and resilience. This workshop helps teams speak up with clarity, manage nerves under pressure, and strengthen collaboration in a supportive environment. Perfect for corporate away days, it leaves everyone feeling uplifted, confident, and ready to express themselves with renewed energy and purpose.

Roving

Step into the medieval world of roving archery, where participants shoot traditional bows artillery-style—just as archers did in historic battles. Dating back to the 12th century, this skill was once widely practised, with archers aiming at distant natural marks across open landscapes. Today, we recreate this engaging experience using flags and varied terrain, often shooting over trees and obstacles, with simple scoring for individuals or teams. Led by a qualified NFAS coach, the session is fully guided, inclusive, and accessible to all abilities. It’s one of the easiest forms of archery to learn—no prior experience or strength required.
