There is something about working with Willow that is very relaxing and mindful as you have to concentrate on the task in hand.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to weave a web onto a Willow wreath using twine, string or cord. The colour choice is entirely up to you, we have a varied selection to choose from if buying one of our Dream Catcher kits. You can add lots of different jewels and feathers to decorate your dream catcher and create your own unique design!

In some Native American cultures, a dreamcatcher or dream catcher is a handmade willow hoop, on which is woven a net or web. It originates in Ojibwe culture as the “spider web charm”. The dream catcher may also include sacred items such as certain feathers or beads. Traditionally they are often hung over cradles as protection.
