Bespoke Packages

Your event, your way. Choose from full-day or half-day experiences and select the activities that you would like to enjoy. We can provide a price on request (please see some example pricing below) or speak to us if you are on a budget and we can help you get the best value out of your experience.

Full-day experience

Typically, a full-day event will run for 6 hours commencing at 10am to 4pm, including 1 to 4 activities (depending on the size of the project you choose) and an hour’s break for lunch. For larger groups we can run consecutive, interchangeable workshops. We are flexible with times and can also consider running events commencing in the afternoon and ending in the early evening depending on the selected activities and location.

Half-day experience

Morning or afternoon workshops are usually between 2.5 and 3 hours in duration and include a tea break. You can undertake between 1 or 2 activities. We can run consecutive, interchangeable workshops for large groups.

Group Size

Our preferred minimum group size is for 8 people per tutor, the maximum group size is dependent on the number of staff available at the time and your chosen activities. We typically manage groups sizes of 15 to 20 people per tutor so can facilitate both small and large groups of between 8 and 40 people, sometimes more.
