🏕 Sculpture & Soul Festival Camping Agreement
To help everyone enjoy a peaceful, safe, and respectful camping experience at the Sculpture & Soul Festival, we kindly ask all campers to read and follow the agreement below:
🔖 Camping Pass Display
All campers will be issued with a camping pass at check-in. Please attach this pass to your tent, clearly visible at all times throughout your stay.
🚗 Parking at Your Pitch
To minimise disruption and maintain safety across the camping area, your car must remain parked next to your tent for the duration of your stay. No separate parking is available once you have pitched.
🔥 No Campfires or Open Flames
Due to the risk of fire and the presence of dry ground and surrounding woodland, campfires, fire pits, and open flames are strictly not permitted in the camping area. Thank you for helping us protect this beautiful environment.
🦊 Respect Our Wildlife
Birtley Estate is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Please keep noise levels to a minimum at night, avoid leaving food or waste outside your tent, and help us keep the area clean, calm, and undisturbed for our furry and feathered neighbours.
🕓 Arrival Times for Campers
-
Friday Night Campers: You are welcome to arrive and pitch your tent between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
-
Saturday Night Only Campers: Please do not erect your tent until after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, once daytime festival activities have concluded.
